Does our Website use cookies? Yes, our Website, like most websites, uses cookies. The Cookies Policy applies to both Clients of the Internet Store and Visitors to the Internet Store, i.e., users who browse the Store's content but do not make purchases. The policy also applies to Guests, i.e., Visitors who are not registered Clients but make purchases in our Store without registering an account.
The Website also uses functionalities similar to cookies. Therefore, the following provisions of the Cookies Policy should be applied accordingly to these technologies as well.
What are cookies? Cookies are IT data, particularly small text information stored on users' end devices, such as a computer, tablet, or mobile phone, that can be read by our IT system (own cookies) or the IT system of third parties (third-party cookies). These files allow the user's device to be recognized and the website displayed in a way that matches their individual preferences, enables the website to be displayed in the user's "remembered" language by these files, and allows the use of other Website settings selected by the user. "Cookies" usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.
A pixel is a software code that allows tracking Visitors to the Website and their behavior on websites where pixels are placed. This can range from basic tracking of whether a person has visited the Website to detailed tracking of actions such as adding a product to the cart, selecting a product, submitting a form, etc. The pixel can send the collected information to a third party, i.e., the code provider.
For what purpose do we use cookies? We use cookies and other internet technologies for:
• ensuring the functioning, security, and reliability of our Website;
• tailoring the content of the Website to the preferences of the Client or Visitor and optimizing the use of the Website. These files allow the saving of the user's choices regarding the browser language, settings of selected Website elements, or opting out of targeted ads, as well as saving information about the user's location;
• facilitating login to the Client Account;
• analyzing and creating statistics that help us understand how Visitors use the Website's functionalities, enabling us to improve its structure and content;
• advertising purposes (including remarketing and retargeting) and connecting with social media, displaying behavioral advertising through Google Ads, intended to provide Visitors and Clients with advertising content tailored to their interests or profiles, and may also be used to display ads outside of the Service (also using so-called third-party cookies), i.e., with our advertising partners. Our goal is to develop an advertising offer that is attractive and beneficial for our audience, so within the framework of behavioral advertising, the Client and Visitor may see primarily information about products or services they have already viewed or checked on our Website.
Are personal data processed within cookies? Yes, selected cookies may process your personal data in certain situations. The processing of personal data from cookies or similar technologies on our Website is carried out to ensure the Website's functioning, adapt the Website to the preferences of the Visitor and Client, or for analytical purposes. Processing is based on our legitimate interest. Please note that the legal basis for processing personal data for advertising or statistical purposes will always be your additional and explicit consent expressed by making a choice and checking the checkbox during the cookie consent process.
When the Visitor or Client uses the Internet Store, cookies are used to identify their browser or device - cookies collect various types of information that generally do not constitute personal data. However, some information, depending on its content and usage, may be associated with a specific person - linking certain behaviors to a specific Visitor or Client, e.g., by linking them with the data provided during the registration of the Account in the Internet Store or a specific email address - and thus be considered personal data.
If cookies process personal data, does the Privacy Policy apply? Yes, the provisions of the Internet Store's Privacy Policy concerning personal data, particularly regarding the rights of the data subject, apply to information collected by cookies that can be associated with a specific person.
Do I have to consent to the use of cookies? During your first visit to our Website, you are shown information about our use of cookies. You can agree to it or not. If you do not agree to our use of cookies, we will only use the necessary technical cookies essential for the proper functioning of the Website. Cookies that do not belong to the group of technical files will only be loaded after you consent to cookies (opt-in clause).
Can I change my mind about the use of cookies? Of course, you can. If you have consented to our use of cookies, you can change your mind at any time and refuse to allow them to be used in the future. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. However, please note that disabling or limiting the handling of cookies may cause difficulties in using the Internet Store as well as many other websites that use cookies.

Are cookies harmful? The cookies we use are not harmful to the Visitor or Client, nor to the computer, mobile phone, or end device they use, so we recommend not disabling their handling in browsers.
The so-called harmless cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of the Website, needed to enable the functionality of the website, but their operation has nothing to do with tracking the user. On our Website, we also use the so-called tracking cookies, which we use to monitor Visitors, but they do not include information that allows (without possessing other data) to identify a specific user. In certain situations, we use profiling, which is further explained in point 12.
What own cookies do we use? We use our own cookies (first-party cookies) to ensure the proper functioning of the Website. Our cookies aim to make it easier for you to use our Website, particularly the functionalities of the Store.
Do we use third-party cookies? Yes. Our Website uses third-party cookies to optimize its functioning. We also use third-party cookies for analytical and statistical purposes. Cookies allow us to tailor advertising and marketing content to your preferences. Cookies also serve to increase the usability and personalization of the Internet Store's content.
Do we transfer data outside the European Economic Area? Yes, some of the third parties (mentioned earlier) with whom we cooperate to support and maintain our Website are based and have servers outside the European Economic Area. This may result in your data being processed outside this area and thus not being subject to the protection guaranteed by GDPR.
We take due care to ensure the appropriate protection of your data transferred outside the EEA.
In point 14, we list the entities we work with and indicate where they are based and whether they are subject to GDPR regulations.
Do we use profiling? Yes. Thanks to cookies used in the Internet Store, the Administrator can learn about the preferences of the Visitor - e.g., by analyzing how often they visit the Internet Store and whether and what products they buy. Profiling mainly concerns logged-in users, i.e., Clients. Analyzing online behaviors helps us better understand your habits and expectations and adapt to your needs and interests.
Based on cookies, the Administrator also uses technology that allows targeted advertising to Visitors who have previously visited the Internet Store when using other websites.
What specific cookies, pixels, and IT tools do we use?
Below we present a list of our partners who process your data within the European Economic Area or are covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision regarding the appropriate level of personal data protection:
• Google Analytics. We use the Google Analytics tool provided by Google Ireland Limited (registered under number: 368047) with its registered office at: Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This allows us to create statistics and analyses to improve the operation of the Website.
o Google Analytics automatically collects information about how you use our Website. Importantly, we have enabled IP anonymization. Therefore, Google does not receive personal data from us that could be based on the IP number combined with other data about Visitors or Clients.
o Within Google Analytics, we collect demographic data and interest data. The collected information, however, is not personal data and is most often transferred to Google servers in the USA and stored there.
If you are interested in the details related to data processing within Google Analytics, we encourage you to read the document prepared by Google: Google Analytics Privacy Policy.
• Google Ads (formerly Google Adwords) - conversion and remarketing. We use the Google Ads tool provided by Google Ireland Limited (registered under number: 368047) with its registered office at: Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This allows us to draw attention to our content and offers through advertising materials on external websites. We analyze data from advertising campaigns to optimize our advertising activities. Advertising materials are delivered by Google using so-called "Ad Servers." For this purpose, we use server cookies through which certain parameters for measuring the success of reaching the audience, such as ad placements or user clicks, can be measured. If you enter our website through a Google ad, Google Ads will store a cookie on your device. For these cookies, the following values are typically stored for analysis: unique cookie ID, number of views per ad placement (frequency), last view (relevant for post-view conversion), and opt-out information (indicating which user does not wish to be further included). Cookies allow Google to recognize your web browser. We do not collect or process any personal data based on the aforementioned advertising measures. We do not obtain other data, and we cannot identify users based on the obtained information. Due to the used marketing tools, your browser automatically connects to the Google server. Even if you are not registered with any Google service or not logged in, it is possible for network providers to obtain and store your IP address.
o We also use the remarketing tool in Google Ads, which allows us to present users of our website with interest-based ads from other websites belonging to the Google Display Network. For this purpose, Google stores cookies in the browsers of users who visit specific Google services or websites in the Google Display Network to uniquely identify the web browser on a particular device.
We encourage you to read the document regarding GDPR and Google Ads: Google Ads GDPR FAQ.
• Facebook - We also use marketing tools and chat provided by Meta Platforms Ireland. 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"). o We do not transmit personal data. The information collected within the Facebook Pixel is anonymous, i.e., it does not allow us to identify you. It only allows us to obtain information about what actions were taken on our Website. However, please note that Facebook may combine this information with other information about you collected through your use of Facebook and use it for its own purposes, including marketing. Currently, the Facebook Pixel also affects data from Instagram. Such actions by Facebook are beyond our control, and you can find information about them directly in Facebook's privacy policy: Facebook Privacy Policy. From your Facebook account, you can also manage your privacy settings.
• Google Tag Manager - We use the Google Tag Manager tool provided by Google Ireland Limited (registered under number: 368047) with its registered office at: Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This allows us to manage tags on our website. This enables us to track your interactions with our website and how your device and browser react to it. This allows us to better tailor the content and code of our website.
o Google Tag Manager only collects aggregate data about the performance of used tags and the system operation of our website. This does not include IP addresses or data associated with a specific person. However, the collected data, when combined with other information, may lead to their association with a specific person.
More information about privacy and data security within this tool can be found here: Google Tag Manager Privacy.

The cookies we collect that contain personal data of a Visitor who is not a Client will be stored until an objection is raised. The Administrator may delete Personal Data if it is not used for marketing purposes within 2 years unless the law obliges the Administrator to process personal data for a longer period.
Some personal data may be stored longer in case the Visitor has any claims against the Administrator or to pursue claims by the Administrator or defend against claims (also from third parties) for the period of their statute of limitations specified by law, particularly the Civil Code.
